Agency or in-house, the best judgment sits with a few senior people. Here is what changes when it lives in skills.

PR agencies

Many clients, each with its own voice.

Voice

A skill per client, or one skill that reads each client’s messaging guide. Account teams only get the clients they work on.

Sign-off

Drafts arrive in the client’s style and format, so senior review goes to the story instead of the basics.

New people

Junior staff run the same skills as your directors from day one, so their first drafts follow the same rules.

In-house comms teams

One brand, many people speaking for it.

One skill holds your brand voice, approved messages and banned phrases, so every draft sounds like the same company.

Sign-off

The checks legal and leadership always ask for are part of the skill, so drafts reach sign-off with them already done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it sound like us, or like AI?

It sounds like whatever the skill teaches it. Your senior people put in the voice rules, the banned phrases and examples of work that landed. When they spot a habit they don’t like, they fix the skill once and everyone gets the fix.

Does it replace our media database?

No. Keep the media database and monitoring tools you use today. Skills cover the writing and the judgment around it. If a skill needs a company tool, we connect it through the key vault, so the key never sits on a laptop.

Can each client have its own rules?

Yes. Build a skill per client, or one shared skill that reads each client’s messaging guide. Then give each one only to that account team.

Who can see embargoed or crisis work?

Only the people you give a skill to get it on their laptop, and you can take it back at any time. The drafting happens in each person’s own Claude Code, under the Claude plan you already pay for.

Does someone still approve everything?

Yes. Skills write drafts and can flag what needs checking, like every figure and where it came from. Your team reviews and sends.

What does my team need?

Claude Code on a Mac or Windows laptop, through any Claude plan, company API keys, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex. Then our desktop app and one Google sign-in.

How fast can we start?

During implementation we build your first 4 skills with you. They go live within 30 days of finishing onboarding, or you get your money back.
